Digital India Corporation (DIC), under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), is leading the National Language Translation Mission, Bhashini. Launched on 4th July 2022, Bhashini aims to break language barriers through advanced natural language technologies, fostering digital inclusion and empowerment. The initiative collaborates with premier academic institutions, including IITs and IIITs, to develop AI-driven language models. The Bhashini platform currently hosts over 1000 AI-based language models.

Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales activities for software development projects involving Python, JavaScript, AI/ML, mobile development, and cloud platforms.
- Engage with B2B clients to understand their needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Develop detailed playbooks to standardize and streamline support processes.
- Provide technical support during onboarding and ensure smooth integration of solutions.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Design and develop user-friendly applications and dashboards for monitoring and management.
- Integrate APIs for seamless system interoperability.
- Gain exposure to and apply emerging AI/ML technologies for innovative solutions.
- Assess technical feasibility of RFPs and craft high-quality responses.
- Mentor and guide technical engineers in product support, testing, and system maintenance.
- Manage NLP projects from data pre-processing to deployment, ensuring scalability.
- Oversee multiple client accounts and project teams with keen attention to detail.
- Stay updated on cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, GCP), big data platforms (Kafka, Hadoop), and data science tools.
- Provide excellent customer service with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Be flexible and available for travel as required.
Essential Qualification & Experience
- A Full-time B.S./B.Tech./B.E. or equivalent degree or B.Sc. (IT/CS) with a Post Graduation in a Technical Background may be considered.
- MBA/M.Tech (preferable).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the tech industry, with hands-on expertise in API Integrations will be preferred.
- Proven experience working with Cloud-native applications, platforms, or Big Data technologies in a technical role is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing large regional technical support teams and delivering solutions in customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI/ML Systems will be an added advantage.
- Formal educational qualifications and experience may be relaxed for exceptional candidates.
