Role
Shape public health programmes that make communities healthier and safer. You'll lead challenging assignments across diverse locations, using data-driven insights to address critical health concerns and drive policy change.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute public health assignments on time, within budget and with quality delivery
- Develop frameworks, documentation and capacity building initiatives for health programmes
- Conduct data collection, analysis and logistics coordination for health research projects
- Develop proposals and convert leads into meaningful partnership opportunities
- Represent organisation at workshops, conferences and strategic forums
- Stay current with public health developments and maintain personal development plans
- Support partnership development and maintenance with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Master's degree in Public Health, Health Systems, Epidemiology, International Relations, Health Policy or related fields
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in public health sector
- Demonstrated expertise in areas such as health systems, epidemiology, WASH, gender, biostatistics, M&E, nutrition, health finance, communicable/non-communicable diseases, or SRHR
- Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Fluency in English and at least one Indian language
