Role

Shape public health programmes that make communities healthier and safer. You'll lead challenging assignments across diverse locations, using data-driven insights to address critical health concerns and drive policy change.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute public health assignments on time, within budget and with quality delivery
  • Develop frameworks, documentation and capacity building initiatives for health programmes
  • Conduct data collection, analysis and logistics coordination for health research projects
  • Develop proposals and convert leads into meaningful partnership opportunities
  • Represent organisation at workshops, conferences and strategic forums
  • Stay current with public health developments and maintain personal development plans
  • Support partnership development and maintenance with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Public Health, Health Systems, Epidemiology, International Relations, Health Policy or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in public health sector
  • Demonstrated expertise in areas such as health systems, epidemiology, WASH, gender, biostatistics, M&E, nutrition, health finance, communicable/non-communicable diseases, or SRHR
  • Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis
  • Fluency in English and at least one Indian language
