Fellows can pursue their own research agendas while contributing to DIAL’s goals of enhancing the design, deployment, and governance of foundational digital systems and data-sharing innovations.

Eligibility Criteria
- 8-15 years of experience in digital development, policy, or research.
- Demonstrated interest and work experience at the intersection of technology and society, focusing on topics like digital public infrastructure and data governance.
- A track record of producing high-quality writing, research, or policy briefs.
- Experience working in or with countries from the global majority.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Application Process
- Submit a current CV or resume highlighting relevant experience and qualifications.
- Provide a writing sample or portfolio demonstrating expertise in areas relevant to the fellowship.
- Submit a detailed research proposal (maximum 1,500 words) outlining your proposed project, including key questions, methodology, expected outcomes, and alignment with DIAL’s thematic priorities.
