Role

As a Trainer, you will help teachers across India embrace the future of education. You will lead sessions that show educators how to use Artificial Intelligence and digital tools to make their classrooms more exciting and effective for students.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and online training sessions for teachers on teaching methods and AI tools.
• Develop training plans and learning materials that match the program goals.
• Support teachers in using AI and digital resources practically in their daily lessons.
• Coordinate classroom observations to provide helpful feedback to educators.
• Refine training strategies based on real-world feedback from schools.
• Manage relationships with schools and stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Create regular reports to track the progress and impact of the training.
• Stay updated on new trends in AI and educational technology.

Requirements

• A strong technical background in AI/ML is essential.
• A degree in teacher education (such as a B.Ed.) or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience delivering training sessions to adults, both in-person and virtually.
• Practical experience using digital learning tools and online platforms.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional Indian languages is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with educators.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently (15–20 days per month).
• Previous experience working within the education or social development sector.
