About the Role

We are looking for a UX Designer to enhance the usability and accessibility of our platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring that our digital tools are user-friendly for both NGO and technical partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Design seamless and intuitive web interfaces for Avni and Project Tech4Dev’s platforms
• Conduct user research to understand real-world challenges and improve usability
• Develop prototypes, conduct usability tests, and refine user experiences for maximum impact
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and field teams to build effective solutions

Qualifications and Skills

• 3-5+ years of UX design experience (or 1+ year with a Master’s degree)
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and accessibility best practices
• Strong understanding of human-centred design and interaction design principles
• Passion for building technology solutions that create social impact
