About the Role
As a Visual Designer at Karya, you will strengthen the organisation’s brand voice and visual storytelling across all communication channels. You will create compelling visual collaterals that highlight Karya’s work and contribute directly to the impact it creates.
Responsibilities
- Strengthening Karya’s brand voice through visual storytelling.
- Creating compelling design collateral for varied audiences.
- Building and maintaining the visual identity of a fast-growing start-up in the impact space.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience (including internships or freelance).
- Awareness of design trends in graphic, publication, branding, and web design.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Workspace, and Canva.
- Familiarity with website builders like Wix, Squarespace, and Webflow.
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of video & animation.
- Interest in creative coding projects.
- Passion for Indic/non-Latin typography.
