About the Role

As a Microsoft Office 365 Specialist, you will support Ashoka’s Globalizer program in optimizing its use of Microsoft Office 365 tools to enhance the user experience for participants in its virtual programs. This role involves improving online collaboration, program management, and communication processes.
Responsibilities
- Optimize Microsoft Office 365 tools like SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook for better user experience.
- Explore and leverage new tools in Office 365, such as Loop and Planner.
- Design workflows and processes for effective online program management.
- Research and implement best practices for user experience in collaborative virtual environments.
- Contribute to the Ashoka Globalizer’s strategy development, enabling social entrepreneurs to tackle systemic social problems.
Desired Skills and Expertise
Required:
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office 365 tools.
- Strong background in user experience (UX) for online collaboration.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Desirable:
- Experience with virtual program management.
- Familiarity with remote team dynamics.
