Nirmaan Organization is a registered NGO, started by students of BITS Pilani in 2005. We work in the areas of Education, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship and Social Leadership. In the past 15 years of journey, we have impacted the lives of 1+ million beneficiaries with the support of 220+ full time employees and 750+ strong volunteer network, generating 12+ Crore (pa) worth of Social Impact through 12 Flagship Programs & Social Leadership Initiatives benefiting Children, Women, Youth and Farmers from diverse social backgrounds across 8 States of India while partnering with 35+ Corporate, Government and Philanthropic partners.
About the Role
The Web Application Trainer & Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for training individuals and groups on computer applications or programs, ensuring that trainees are equipped with the necessary technical and soft skills to excel. The role includes assessing training needs, preparing learning materials, and delivering programs that use innovative learning technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Software Trainer Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs for individuals and groups.
- Maintain training records and monitor progress.
- Plan, prepare, and research lesson plans.
- Organize and promote training courses.
- Develop and deliver learning programs and activities.
- Prepare teaching/course materials.
- Instruct users, both individually and in groups.
- Proctor course examinations and provide feedback.
- Evaluate and grade user performance.
- Incorporate new technologies to improve learning experiences (e.g., distance learning, blended training).
IT Trainer Responsibilities:
- Conduct IT skills gap analyses.
- Design technical manuals using simple language.
- Provide role-specific training for daily tools and programs.
- Recommend and implement learning systems (e.g., TalentLMS, WiZDOM Enterprise).
- Train employees on system security and software/hardware use.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of each educational session.
Qualifications
Educational Requirement: MCA or M.Tech.
Experience: 3 to 4 years in a relevant field.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, Angular, Bootstrap.
- Hands-on experience with network diagnostics.
- Ability to write and edit technical documentation.
- Creative problem-solving and organizational skills.
