Citizens Association for Child Rights is a Section 8 non-profit organisation dedicated to the holistic development of children and youth. We are seeking a talented and motivated Part-Time Web Developer to join our dynamic team. Our website is already up and running (www.ngocacr.com) but requires enhancements and maintenance. We need someone with a strong background in front-end development and web technologies to help us redesign, improve, and maintain it.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web pages using HTML5 and CSS3.
- Manage web hosting services, ensuring site uptime and performance.
- Implement interactive elements and functionalities using JavaScript.
- Integrate and manage data with backend services like SQL and Postgres.
- Create visually appealing and responsive designs using styling frameworks such as LESS and SASS.
- Collaborate and track changes using version control systems (GIT).
Qualifications
- Proven experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
- Familiarity with web hosting services and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript for dynamic content and functionality.
- Knowledge of backend technologies, including SQL and Postgres.
- Experience with styling preprocessors like LESS and SASS.
- Proficient in version control using GIT.
