Are you a passionate web developer with a knack for creating dynamic and visually appealing websites? We are seeking an outstanding Web Developer to join our team and take charge of the coding, innovative design, and layout of our website. This role offers the opportunity to build our website from the ground up, shaping everything from the home page to site layout and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
As a Web Developer, your core responsibilities will include:
- Coding and Design: Writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code using the best software development practices. You will be responsible for creating the website layout and user interface by applying standard HTML/CSS techniques.
- Backend Integration: Integrating data from various back-end services and databases, ensuring smooth functionality across the site.
- Requirement Analysis: Gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs to ensure the website meets all necessary standards and client expectations.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining software documentation to support ongoing development and future upgrades.
- Website Maintenance: Taking charge of maintaining, expanding, and scaling the website as needed, ensuring it remains up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities.
- Industry Trends: Staying plugged into emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to enhance website operations and activities.
- Collaboration: Working closely with web designers to ensure the visual design intent is accurately implemented.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience: Proven working experience in web programming with top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS.
- Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with at least one programming language such as PHP, ASP.NET, or JavaScript.
- Web Application Expertise: A solid understanding of how web applications work, including security, session management, and best development practices.
- Database Knowledge: Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object-Oriented Programming, and web application development.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with network diagnostics and network analytics tools, as well as a basic understanding of the Search Engine Optimization process.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks and aggressive problem diagnosis with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: A good command of English to communicate effectively within the team and with clients.
Experience
We are looking for candidates with at least 5-6 years of experience in IT management and website administration.
