The Foundations Team
Our Foundations team works with governments, global philanthropic foundations, and multilateral aid agencies to inform, influence, and impact social and systemic outcomes. We focus on catalyzing ecosystem transformation in sectors such as education, child welfare, gender, health, and livelihoods.
About The Role
As a Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of designing and building solutions that address our clients' needs and create measurable impact. You'll work on program strategy, business development, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis
- Develop data collection strategies and conduct quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Create data visualizations and dashboards to present insights
- Implement data management and quality control procedures
Project Management
- Execute project plans and manage daily responsibilities
- Track milestones and manage multiple project streams
- Identify and mitigate project-related risks
Problem Solving
- Frame complex problems and translate them into actionable questions
- Synthesize data and information to derive insights
- Take ownership of the problem-solving process
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members to deliver high-quality project outcomes
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on business growth initiatives
- Manage conflicts and provide constructive feedback
The Ideal Candidate
- 4-6 years of professional experience in consulting, social enterprises, or global foundations
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in data science, information technology, business analytics, or related fields
- High proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, and Looker Studio
- Experience in leading small teams and working in client-facing roles
- Self-driven, curious, and adaptable personality
- Proficient in written and verbal communication (English and Hindi)
