About the Role
As a Data Coordinator at TSF, your role will be pivotal in collecting, analyzing, and disseminating programme-related data to support informed decision-making and impact measurement. You’ll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and providing insights to various programme teams.
Location of Posting: Jharkhand
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop systems for collecting data from various programmes and ensure timely submission.
- Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data organization and security.
- Conduct regular data audits and field visits to verify data quality and resolve discrepancies.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with programme teams to ensure timely submission of MIS reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Train and support programme staff in data management and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support internal and external audits related to data management and reporting.
- Assist the Strategy team with additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, coordination, reporting, and analysis.
- Preference: Experience in the development sector or CSR data management.
Technical Skill Sets
- Expertise in MS Excel (advanced pivot, power query, macro, statistical analysis).
- Proficiency in MIS software applications and databases.
- Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., SPSS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to present data findings clearly.
