About the Role
The General Manager for India AI Future Skills will play a crucial role in driving the skilling initiatives for AI education in India, specifically targeting ITI and Polytechnic students. The role involves strategic development, program management, and cross-sector collaboration to ensure the success of this mission.

Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive strategy for the AI Skilling initiative with clear goals, performance metrics, and timelines.
- Program Implementation: Oversee the design and deployment of AI-focused skilling programs for ITI and Polytechnic students, aligning them with industry standards and market demands.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain collaborations with educational institutions, government bodies (like NIELIT, AICTE, DHE, state governments), and industry stakeholders to ensure effective outcomes.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Implement systems to track the performance and impact of the skilling programs, ensuring continuous improvement and reporting to key stakeholders.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including the CEO of India AI, regarding program progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of consultants and staff, aligning their efforts with the skilling initiative’s objectives and the overall vision of India AI.
