About The Role
Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Department: IT Support
Position Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to resolve IT-related issues for hardware, software, and networking.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems in PCs, printers, interactive boards, Wi-Fi networks, plotters, and biometric devices.
Network Management
- Manage LAN and cable infrastructure, ensuring efficient connectivity and minimal downtime.
- Monitor and maintain fiber optic connections to support uninterrupted operations.
Device & Infrastructure Maintenance
- Perform regular maintenance and timely repairs on all IT devices to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and updating of IT equipment and systems.
IT Inventory Management
- Maintain an up-to-date record of IT inventory, including hardware, software, and accessories.
- Ensure timely procurement and replacement of IT assets when necessary.
Coordination & Collaboration
- Collaborate effectively with the IT team to execute projects and resolve escalated issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related procurements and services.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Document technical resolutions and maintain records for troubleshooting reference.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support and network management.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in LAN/WAN networking, cable management, and fiber optic connectivity.
- Hands-on experience with printers, interactive boards, plotters, and biometric systems.
- Knowledge of IT inventory tools and management systems.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under deadlines.
