Role
Lead the planning, coordination, data management, and reporting for a Menstrual Hygiene Management project in Sohawal, Ayodhya. This role combines project management with MIS expertise to ensure smooth implementation, quality data, and timely donor reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and prepare work plans, activity calendars, and monitoring schedules
- Coordinate with schools, health workers, local administration, and community groups for day-to-day project implementation
- Set up and manage the project MIS to track activities, outputs, and key performance indicators
- Collect, verify, and analyse field data and maintain updated databases and dashboards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the organization and donor
- Mentor and supervise field coordinators through regular training and field visits
- Lead community awareness sessions and adolescent group meetings on menstrual hygiene
- Document success stories, case studies, and impact narratives from the field
- Serve as the main point of contact for the funding partner and respond to donor queries
- Support donor visits, audits, and review meetings
- Track financial utilization in coordination with the finance team
Requirements
- Experience in health, gender, adolescent development, menstrual hygiene, or rural development programs is preferred
- Strong project planning, coordination, and team management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; experience with MIS platforms is an advantage
- Strong data collection, analysis, and report-writing skills
- Good written and spoken communication in both Hindi and English
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and donor communications
- Willingness to travel extensively within the project area
