Role

Work directly with children and their parents to support behavioral development and emotional well-being through counselling, structured activities, and family engagement.

Responsibilities

• Work with children to understand and improve their behaviour
• Plan and carry out behaviour modification strategies suited to each child's needs
• Engage children through structured, age-appropriate, and child-friendly activities
• Conduct counselling sessions for children and parents based on their needs
• Prepare case notes, reports, and other required documentation
• Maintain clear and respectful communication with families and team members

Requirements

• Master's degree with a specialisation in counselling
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role
• Experience working with children, parents, or families preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and case records
• Patient, empathetic, and comfortable working with children with special needs
