Job Brief:
Keystone Foundation is seeking an Additional Programme Coordinator – M&E/MEL to develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks, support data collection and analysis, and enhance our ability to track programme performance and impact. The role involves capacity building, compliance management, and reporting to ensure continuous learning and improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Framework
- Develop and implement M&E frameworks and tools to assess programme performance and outcomes.
- Support programme teams in setting up and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure M&E frameworks align with Keystone Foundation’s Theory of Change, objectives, and donor requirements.
Data Collection and Analysis
- Collect, validate, and consolidate data from programme teams and field operations.
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate project/programme outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain and manage databases to ensure accurate and reliable data storage.
Reporting and Documentation
- Create dashboards, visualizations, and presentations to communicate project performance to stakeholders.
- Support programme staff in understanding M&E requirements and effective data utilization.
- Assist in reporting findings and recommendations to management, donors, and stakeholders.
Capacity Building
- Conduct training and workshops for staff and field teams on M&E tools, data collection, and reporting standards.
- Strengthen the ability of programme teams to integrate monitoring and evaluation processes into their workflows.
Compliance and Learning
- Ensure compliance with donor-specific monitoring and reporting requirements.
- Document lessons learned and success stories to enhance programme design and impact.
