Role

A vital position focused on managing data flow between field teams and management to ensure rural development programs stay on track.

Responsibilities

• Collect field data and ensure accurate entry into the MIS or Excel systems.
• Maintain updated daily records and generate progress reports for different districts.
• Check data for errors and perform regular quality audits to ensure accuracy.
• Consolidate field information into summary reports for senior leadership.
• Identify data gaps and communicate updates clearly to the field staff.
• Manage hardware and software availability at the federation level for smooth operations.
• Support field teams during data collection drives and provide technical training.
• Travel to project sites for training and monitoring as required by the program.

Requirements

• Graduation in B.Sc, M.Sc, BA, or B.Com.
• 0–2 years of experience in MIS, data entry, or the microfinance sector.
• Freshers with a strong learning mindset are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and basic reporting.
• Clear communication skills to coordinate with field staff and management.
• Ability to analyze data and turn it into simple, readable summaries.
