Haqdarshak is on a mission to bridge the gap between citizens and social security schemes, both government and private, through technology and a network of trained field agents known as 'Haqdarshaks,' who are primarily women. These agents are trained in government schemes, on-field implementation, and liaising with government and bank officials. By providing these services, Haqdarshaks earn commissions, contributing to their financial independence.

Key Responsibilities
As the Product Manager (PM), you will:
- Develop and own the product roadmap for the assigned area, aligning it with the company's vision and strategy.
- Make informed product decisions based on revenue, cost drivers, and data.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to enhance the platform and grow the business.
- Work with business leads to drive growth and design solutions for partners.
- Stay updated on the competitive landscape in social security and financial inclusion to guide the product strategy.
- Lead a team of APMs, analysts, and interns, while collaborating with tech teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
You:
- Are excited to work in a high-growth, impact-driven, social enterprise.
- Have experience building digital products or running your own entrepreneurial venture.
- Have a basic understanding of the learning and capacity-building sector.
- Are comfortable with independently driving outcomes and possess an intrapreneurial mindset.
- Have a strong grasp of technology to design efficient solutions.
