Role

The Program Manager is a key leader who turns plans into action by supporting field teams, managing community projects, and ensuring all initiatives create a meaningful impact for women and girls.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of programs focused on Mahila Panchayats, reproductive health, and workers' rights.
Coordinate with field teams across various states to ensure projects stay on track.
Manage workshops and training sessions for community members and local partners.
Develop project proposals and concept notes to grow the organization's reach.
Monitor program quality through regular field visits and data analysis.
Document success stories and case studies that highlight community progress.
Prepare high-quality reports for donors and internal reviews.
Create educational materials like brochures and posters to spread awareness.
Represent the organization when meeting with government officials and partner groups.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
2 or more years of experience in managing social rights or gender-based programs.
Fluency in English and Hindi to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and data collection tools for reporting.
Proven ability to lead teams and facilitate community training sessions.
Deep understanding of laws like POSH and POCSO and issues like gender justice.
Willingness to travel frequently to rural and urban field sites.
