With a 3-fold approach—Design, Build, and Adopt—Goalkeep Advisors enables non-profits to develop outcomes frameworks, set up data systems, and enhance staff capacity to make data-driven decisions. About the Role
As a Project Manager at Goalkeep Advisors, you will work closely with non-profit organisations to deliver exceptional value, manage projects, and mentor a data analyst throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Consult on projects by:
- Identifying the most relevant metrics for impact measurement.
- Maximising technology and tools to unlock actionable data insights.
- Enhancing staff capabilities for informed, data-driven decisions.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and relationships.
- Manage and mentor a data analyst, guiding them through project tasks.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and provide updates.
- Monitor project deliverables to meet high-quality standards.
- Contribute to improving Goalkeep’s project management processes by capturing lessons learned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the development sector.
- Experience in one or more of the following (with a willingness to learn others):
- Designing measurement frameworks and indicators.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Metabase, Power BI, Superset).
- Consolidating data from multiple sources using Google Sheets, SQL, or Python.
- Facilitating training sessions, data reviews, or focus group discussions.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret and present complex data insights.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ideally based in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Delhi.

Compensation
- ₹7,20,000 to ₹10,80,000 per annum
