About The Role
As part of our Energy for Health program, we're strengthening health infrastructure across Nagaland. We're looking for a Project Manager - Technology to lead our efforts in powering healthcare with 100% clean and renewable energy, driving energy efficiency, and providing green building infrastructure for healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct need assessments and site surveys, generating technical Detailed Project Reports (DPRs)
- Design technical specifications for district-level projects
- Train installation teams on required standards
- Monitor installation quality regularly
- Document installation quality across all districts
- Oversee product quality supplied to projects
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in designing off-grid solar solutions and installing clean energy projects at a decentralized level
- Proven experience in quality management of clean energy projects
- Work experience in technical documentation of clean energy projects
- Willingness to travel extensively

Location: Kohima, Nagaland
Duration: 12-month contract
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
