Key Responsibilities
- Assist the client engagement manager in managing client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client project goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Take ownership of client projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.
- Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support client objectives.
