About the Role
Designation: Senior Manager IT
Department: Information Technology
Location: Head Office, Mumbai

Reporting to: Director IT
Responsibilities
- Oversee IT infrastructure, including Servers, Networks, Storage, and Backup systems.
- Manage IT Operations, Projects, and Cybersecurity, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Provide support for end-users, including hardware and software troubleshooting, upgrades, and Google Workspace management.
- Maintain LAN, MAN, WAN networks, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS), and optimise cloud costs.
- Manage Cybersecurity, including Antivirus, patch management, SSL certificates, and VAPT assessments.
- Implement IT projects, monitor timelines, risks, and milestones, ensuring vendor compliance and effective collaboration with business partners.
- Lead the internal IT team, provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training, and support IT audits.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate or Diploma in Computers or a relevant field.
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years in IT Infrastructure Management, with expertise in End User Computing, Servers, Networks, Storage, and Cybersecurity.
- 5+ years managing business applications like websites, CRM, ERP, and cloud services.
- Experience in vendor and contract management, and delivering IT projects across different technologies.
Skills:
- Technical: Windows, Linux, IOS, Azure, AWS, GCP, Networking, Active Directory, Cybersecurity, ITIL practices.
- Soft skills: Strong communication, team player, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
