About The Role
The Senior Specialist - M&E will lead the monitoring and evaluation efforts to assess the impact of Udhyam’s programs. This role involves designing M&E frameworks, collecting and analyzing data, and providing insights to enhance program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement M&E frameworks and tools for various programs.
- Collect, manage, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with program teams to integrate M&E findings into program design and improvement.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the evaluation process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies).
- Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
