About The Role
As our Social Media Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our digital presence, crafting and executing strategies that engage our community and advance our cause. You'll manage our social media channels, create compelling content, and use data-driven insights to maximize our impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our mission
- Content Creation: Craft engaging, informative content across all platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Campaign Management: Lead social media campaigns for events, fundraising, and awareness initiatives
- Community Building: Foster meaningful relationships with our online audience
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor metrics and refine strategies based on data insights
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging
- Innovation: Stay current with social media trends and best practices
- Leadership: Provide social media guidance and training to team members
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Social Media marketing
Required Skills
- Expertise in social media platforms, tools, and analytics
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Proven success in social media campaign management
- Strategic thinking and multi-project management abilities
