Job Brief:
Seeking a skilled Engineering Developer to work closely with the Fractional CxO team in developing and maintaining software solutions for NGOs. The role involves engineering minimum viable products (MVPs), proof of concepts (POCs), and data engineering projects, as well as contributing to CI/CD pipeline development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Fractional CxO team to understand NGO requirements.
- Develop MVPs and POCs for NGOs to test and validate solutions.
- Assist in data engineering projects and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Represent Tech4Dev at workshops and conferences attended by the team.
- Occasionally present webinars on work done at Tech4Dev.
Development and Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Collaboration & Code Integration: Work closely with team members on different layers of software.
- DevOps & Deployment: Release code to production servers, run database migrations, and update configurations.
- Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay updated with new technologies and ecosystem developments.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and learn from senior developers.
