Role
A technical trainer dedicated to delivering industry-standard skills to students at Government Polytechnic Manesar, ensuring they are job-ready and confident.
Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and management of a dedicated student learning center.
- Conduct technical training sessions for various engineering trades based on project goals.
- Manage student records and document all classroom and practical activities.
- Coordinate monthly progress reports to track student development and program impact.
- Organize awareness activities to engage the local community and promote skill development.
- Support the expansion of training centers in new locations as required.
- Participate in specialized teacher training programs to stay updated on industry standards.
Requirements
- Educational background in Mechanical, Automobile, or Chemical Engineering (Diploma/B.Tech) or B.Sc. in Chemistry.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English for effective classroom instruction.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and maintaining student databases.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a classroom and mentor young learners.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a non-profit project structure.
