Role
As an Associate, You will ensure that every application is handled with care, data is kept organized, and students receive the support they need to succeed in their educational journey.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end processing of scholarship applications to ensure timely aid.
- Manage and update student databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Engage with scholarship applicants to provide clarity on the process and requirements.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of professional work experience
- Proficient in English and at least one regional language to communicate effectively with diverse applicants.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for data management and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with students from different backgrounds.
