Experience: 3–5 years in HR operations and recruitment
Compensation: ₹29,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Role

The Assistant Manager-HR leads recruitment across various districts and manages daily staff operations. You will support the team by finding the right talent and ensuring all employees have what they need to succeed in their roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment to find and hire team members across different districts.
  • Manage the full employee journey from onboarding and induction to exit formalities.
  • Coordinate payroll by tracking attendance, leave records, and bonus payouts.
  • Oversee statutory compliance including PF, ESI, and insurance benefits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital databases for audits.
  • Support staff welfare initiatives and act as a point of contact for HR queries.
  • Travel to field locations to conduct hiring drives and support district teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in Kannada and English to coordinate with field teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances like PF and ESI.
  • Technical skills in managing employee databases and payroll inputs.
  • Leadership skills to resolve conflicts and facilitate team growth.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to rural districts.
