Guardians of Dreams
About
Guardians of Dreams is a Bengaluru-based social startup working to upgrade and transform the quality of care across Child Care Institutions (CCIs), the "children's homes" that act as a safety net for children without parental care and protection in India. Rather than running its own shelters, Guardians of Dreams works as a capacity-building partner to existing CCIs, strengthening the systems, staff, and infrastructure that determine how well these homes can actually care for children.
The organisation currently works across a partner network of 300+ Children's Homes in Bengaluru, Chennai, and Ernakulam. It was selected for the IIM Bangalore Non-Profit Incubator, reflecting its startup-style, systems-driven approach to childcare reform.

-
