Rocket Learning offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, public policy, and grassroots social impact tackling one of India's most foundational development challenges at genuine national scale. Unlike many non-profits that build isolated pilot programmes, Rocket Learning's model is deeply embedded within government systems, meaning employees get exposure to real policy-making processes and large-scale public infrastructure, not just standalone project delivery. The team is lean, founder-led, and backed by global recognition and funding, giving employees the chance to build and iterate on cutting-edge technology tools while seeing their work reflected in national-level outcomes. The organisation is well suited for professionals passionate about education, public policy, AI for social impact, child development and systems-level change.
