Third Planet Foundation is a national Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implementation organization registered as a Section 8 (not-for-profit) entity in 2012. The organisation works across diverse thematic areas aligned to Schedule VII, Section 135 of the Companies Act 2013 guidelines and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Third Planet Foundation provides Table-to-Field customized CSR services covering the complete lifecycle of CSR planning, execution, and reporting with a focus on Development, Impact, and Sustainability through community participation and ownership. The organisation is empanelled with NITI Aayog - Darpan, GuideStar India, Government e-Marketplace, and the Ministry of MSME, Government of India.

Major Areas of Work

• CSR Implementation: Field-level implementation of CSR projects across Community & Rural Development, Poverty Alleviation, Quality Education, Skill & Livelihood Development, Quality Healthcare, WASH, Women Empowerment, Agriculture Development, and Disaster Relief.

• CSR Advisory: Supporting the complete CSR lifecycle, including CSR Policy & Framework drafting, CSR Roadmap design, project conceptualisation, monitoring & evaluation, social audits, and sustainability reporting.

• Need Assessment & Baseline Studies: Analysing critical reference points to assess impact and establish baselines for measuring the effectiveness of CSR interventions.

• Social Impact & Audit: Conducting Household & Community Surveys, Focused Group Discussions, and data-driven analysis to evaluate social impact, alongside independent programmatic and financial social audits.
