WeDoGood is an Indian platform, founded in 2021, that connects nonprofits with skilled professionals, corporate teams and philanthropists. It describes its purpose as removing roadblocks, building capacity and amplifying impact for social impact organisations. Its model is skilled volunteering: professionals from fields such as marketing, tech, finance, HR and design give their expertise to nonprofits that could not otherwise afford it. The process starts by understanding a nonprofit's challenge, matching it with volunteers whose skills fit, and delivering a tailored project or strategy. • Corporate Programmes: Offerings for companies including Volunteering Your Way, Consulting and Mentoring, Project Based Volunteering, Sociothon and Custom Programs, with engagements running from 2 hours to 2 months.

• ThinkWith: An AI-powered mentoring platform that uses an AI guide called MIRA to identify learner needs and match young people with volunteer mentors, with a stated aim of reaching one crore young people in India by 2030.

Impact

WeDoGood states it has supported 500+ nonprofits, engaged 2,000+ professionals and created ₹4.5+ crore in nonprofit value, and its homepage cites ₹4.5 crore in cost savings for nonprofits. Its volunteers page gives a different figure: 200+ professionals creating ₹1.2 crore in nonprofit value. It reports a project completion rate of 95%+ in one place and over 97% on its philanthropy page, and says volunteers save a nonprofit ₹1.2 lakh for every challenge solved. It has worked with nonprofits including India Recycles, Swaraj, Nature Future and Bastar Se Bazaar Tak, draws volunteers from companies it names as including Microsoft, TATA, BCG, McKinsey, SAP and Uber, and maintains a partnership with fintech company Candescent on the ThinkWith platform.
