About

WRI India is an independent nonprofit knowledge organisation working to improve people's lives, protect and restore nature, and address climate change through research, policy engagement, and on-ground implementation. Established in 2011 as India Resources Trust, WRI India collaborates with governments, businesses, financial institutions, and civil society to develop practical, data-driven solutions that promote sustainable and equitable development across India.
