With a mission to enhance learning levels in government schools, Vibha has positively impacted over 3 million children across 11 states in India. The organization supports more than 19 grassroots initiatives and operates a Program Management Unit (PMU) in Delhi.
About The Role
As an IT Consultant at Vibha India, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the IT infrastructure for Samagra Shiksha's state NIPUN mission. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing databases, overseeing IT systems, and providing technical guidance for the successful implementation of digital tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support data collection and management for the State NIPUN Mission
- Implement and manage IT systems and networks
- Provide technical support and resolve issues promptly
- Integrate new technologies to enhance monitoring of State NIPUN initiatives
- Design and implement IT training programs for Samagra Shiksha staff
- Create and maintain high-quality MIS reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field
- 6-8 years of experience in MIS, Database Management, or related roles
- Proven experience as an IT Consultant, preferably in government education projects
- Proficiency in developing interactive dashboards and managing data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCAE, AWS Cloud, MS Azure) are a plus
- Knowledge of the National Digital Education Architecture (NDEAR) framework is desirable
