Role

Support the smooth running of the AI for Impact community by managing how participants are onboarded, engaged, and supported throughout their journey. This role focuses on day-to-day programme operations and making sure every participant has a good experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage participant onboarding, engagement, and overall experience
• Coordinate workshops, hackathons, and mentorship activities
• Support community operations and ecosystem engagement efforts
• Drive execution across programme activities to maintain a high standard of delivery

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in programme management, product management, or operations
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Familiarity with AI tools, communities, or innovation programmes
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
