Role

The Business Analyst manages and strengthens KEF's Moodle based learning management system, OneKEF, working closely with education, programme and operations teams. This role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, coordinates with vendors, and supports data driven decision making across the organization's learning platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of the OneKEF Moodle platform, including courses, user management, enrollments and access controls
• Monitor system performance and uptime, and coordinate issue resolution with vendors such as Moodle India
• Coordinate LMS releases, updates and testing across UAT and production environments
• Gather and document business requirements from internal teams and translate them into clear technical specifications
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency and improved user experience on the platform
• Design scalable LMS solutions and lead implementation of new features such as assessments, gamification, reporting and plugins
• Act as the single point of contact between KEF teams and the Moodle implementation partner, and train internal teams on new features
• Work with data teams to define reporting requirements and ensure meaningful dashboards on course completion, engagement and performance
• Support AI driven insights and analytics initiatives on LMS data
• Maintain adherence to SOPs, workflows and approval processes, including data privacy, security compliance and audit trails

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or Education Technology. MBA or a relevant certification is a plus
• 3 to 6 years of experience with LMS platforms, preferably Moodle
• Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering and implementation
• Experience with AI integration within LMS, tools like n8n or ERPNext, or mobile first and offline learning environments is a plus
• Prior experience in EdTech, NGO or learning environments is an advantage
• Strong understanding of Moodle functionalities, plugins, integrations and LMS workflows
• Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis. Basic understanding of SQL, APIs or system integrations is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with attention to detail
