Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will introduce organisations to The Skill Guru Foundation's AI-powered hiring platform, build relationships with HR teams and business leaders, generate new business opportunities and support company onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to start a career in B2B sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Visit companies and introduce The Skill Guru Foundation's hiring platform.
• Meet HR managers, founders, and hiring decision-makers.
• Onboard organisations onto the platform.
• Explain platform features and benefits to prospective clients.
• Generate business leads through field visits, phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain CRM records, daily reports, and onboarding updates.
• Build long-term relationships with partner organisations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers (2025/2026 graduates preferred) or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confidence in meeting clients and travelling locally.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Smartphone and basic computer proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
