Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will introduce organisations to The Skill Guru Foundation's AI-powered hiring platform, build relationships with HR teams and business leaders, generate new business opportunities and support company onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to start a career in B2B sales and business development.
Responsibilities
- Visit companies and introduce The Skill Guru Foundation's hiring platform.
- Meet HR managers, founders, and hiring decision-makers.
- Onboard organisations onto the platform.
- Explain platform features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Generate business leads through field visits, phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain CRM records, daily reports, and onboarding updates.
- Build long-term relationships with partner organisations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers (2025/2026 graduates preferred) or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confidence in meeting clients and travelling locally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Smartphone and basic computer proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
