Role

A dual-purpose role designed for a creative storyteller who can lead communication strategies while ensuring projects are planned and executed smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans for campaigns, events, and programs
• Ensure consistent messaging aligned with organisational values across all platforms and materials
• Manage content calendars and social media platforms; track and grow engagement
• Use AI and design tools to improve content quality and performance
• Write clear, professional content social media, blogs, newsletters, impact stories, emails, and reports
• Translate program data and field impact into compelling narratives
• Plan and support campaigns, workshops, and outreach initiatives
• Build timelines, trackers, and progress updates; coordinate with teams, designers, and vendors
• Manage communication with corporate partners, schools, and institutions
• Prepare decks, briefs, and materials for meetings, events, and partnerships

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in communications or project management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project tracking tools.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI platforms like Claude, Jasper, or Copy.ai.
• Ability to handle end-to-end execution of digital campaigns and social media management.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines independently.
• A genuine passion for sustainability, e-waste management, or the circular economy.
