Marpu Foundation is a youth-run NGO backed by presidential and UN awardees, working to help young people become active global citizens. The foundation focuses on youth-led action across sustainability and other issues that shape the lives of young people.

Role

As a Field Activity Facilitator, you'll plan and run engaging activities and events that bring the foundation's mission to life. This role suits someone who enjoys working directly with communities and wants hands-on experience in event coordination, leadership, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run activities and events aligned with the foundation's mission
• Communicate with participants, volunteers, and stakeholders to keep activities running smoothly
• Guide and motivate team members through planning and execution
• Manage resources and logistics for each activity or event
• Deliver clear, engaging presentations to different audiences
• Collect and review feedback to improve future activities
• Work with team members to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives

Requirements

• Available to start the internship between 14 July 2026 and 18 August 2026
• Able to commit to the full 1 month duration
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Good coordination, event management, and team management abilities
• Interest in community work and youth-led social initiatives

Benefits

• Flexible work hours
• Fixed pay: ₹ 2,000 - 5,000 /month, Incentive pay: ₹ 500 - 1,000 /month
