Field Level Executive in Noida | Centre for Livelihoods Security | ₹3-3.6 LPA
Centre for Livelihoods Security (CLS)
Centre for Livelihoods Security works to make rural livelihoods safer and steadier for families who depend on farming, daily wage work and small local enterprise. The organisation works directly in villages, alongside community groups, so that people can earn a stable income close to home. Its programmes are built with the community rather than handed to it, which means field staff spend most of their time listening, organising and following through. This role sits within CLS's field team, which carries the organisation's programmes into villages and keeps the relationship with the community alive day to day.

Role
As Field Level Executive you will be the face of CLS in the communities you work in. You will bring people together around livelihood programmes, help local groups organise themselves, and make sure the work on paper actually reaches the families it is meant for. This is a hands-on field role for someone who is comfortable spending their days with people rather than at a desk.
