Through the Dhansamvaad Project, the team runs awareness sessions that help people understand money, savings, and the digital tools they now need to use daily. The work happens close to the ground, in neighbourhoods, with families who are often left out of formal financial systems.

Role

Synergie is looking for enthusiastic Freelance Mobilizers to bring community members to financial and digital literacy awareness sessions across Mumbai and Mumbai Suburban. This is a field-based role. You will be the friendly face who explains why these sessions matter and makes sure people show up.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize beneficiaries to attend training sessions
• Conduct community outreach and door-to-door visits
• Coordinate with local communities and stakeholders
• Travel across Mumbai and Mumbai Suburban to reach different neighbourhoods

Requirements

• 12th pass or graduate
• Freshers can apply, no prior work experience needed
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with families and community members in their own language
• Willing to travel across Mumbai and Mumbai Suburban
• Confident working on your own in the field
