Started with a water program in Kodinar, Gujarat, it has grown into one of India's largest corporate foundations, now active in 4,147 villages across 81 districts in 14 states and 2 union territories. Role

The IT Trainer will design and deliver computer training for trainees, covering basic and advanced applications, and support trainee assessment and IT lab management to ensure quality, hands on learning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on basic and advanced computer applications.
• Design and deliver curriculum for MS Office, internet usage, email, and other digital tools.
• Train fellow trainers in hardware, software, and troubleshooting as per the programme scope.
• Provide hands on practical sessions to strengthen trainee understanding.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and exercises.
• Assess trainee knowledge through tests, assignments, and practical tasks.
• Maintain trainee attendance, records, and progress reports.
• Ensure proper functioning and availability of IT lab equipment.
• Maintain and update MIS applications and databases.

Requirements

• Diploma, graduate, or postgraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• 2 or more years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, internet tools, and basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Ability to design and deliver structured training content.
• Good communication and presentation skills to train diverse groups of learners.
• Comfortable maintaining records and working with MIS systems and databases.
