Role

A field level accounting role based at iPartner India Trust's office in Uniara, District Tonk, Rajasthan, managing financial transactions, employee records, and regulatory compliance to keep the organization's finances accurate and transparent.

Responsibilities

• Verify and review vendor bills, staff claims, invoices, receipts, and payments
• Maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books, along with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ensure compliance with FCRA for payments made from foreign donations, as well as local funds and donations
• Support processes related to Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, and TDS regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0 to 3 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in a charitable trust or non profit
• Strong understanding of Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, TDS, and FCRA compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, Zoho Books preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks well, and communicate clearly
• Trustworthy with a strong commitment to confidentiality of financial information
• Willing to travel to other states as required
