Youth For Seva is a volunteer movement that helps young people and working professionals give their time to serve their communities. It connects volunteers with government schools, NGOs and community groups so that help reaches the people who need it most. Its volunteers teach children, support health and environment drives, and take part in service projects across India. This role sits within YFS's Mumbai team, which runs corporate volunteering and CSR projects with companies and community partners.

Role

Youth For Seva is looking for an experienced professional to lead its corporate volunteering work and support its CSR projects in Mumbai. You will plan volunteering events with companies, find real community needs that CSR funding can meet, and turn those needs into projects that partners want to support. The role needs someone who knows how NGOs work, builds strong relationships with many kinds of partners, and likes being on the ground to make things happen. As the Mumbai team grows, you will also help coordinate the team and its day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate volunteering events and CSR projects from end to end.
• Assess community needs, craft proposals, and pitch new initiatives to corporate partners.
• Build relationships with companies, NGOs, and community partners while reporting and documenting impact.
• Track volunteer metrics, project data, and budgets using Excel/Google Sheets, and collaborate on social media storytelling.
• Support Mumbai team operations and growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in corporate volunteering, CSR, or the development sector.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, proposal writing, pitching, and event logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint, alongside strong data tracking skills.
• Clear communication skills, willingness to travel for field work, and an empathetic, proactive approach.
