Role

Soul Forest is hiring two Management Trainees to work across business development, partnerships, operations, and strategic projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to building a fast-growing environmental organisation, with opportunities to take ownership of projects, collaborate with leadership, and develop into future specialist and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Support projects across business development, partnerships, operations, and strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare presentations, reports, SOPs, trackers, and business documents.
• Conduct research and support partnership development.
• Work with vendors, consultants, and internal teams on project execution.
• Improve operational processes and recommend new ideas.
• Use AI tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates with internship/project experience encouraged).
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools.
• Interest in sustainability, ecological restoration, and social impact.
