Role

As the Manager – EdTech, you will work at the intersection of learning experience design, technology, product development, and data analytics. You will help improve educational programmes by analysing learner journeys, measuring programme effectiveness, strengthening feedback systems, and collaborating with programme, technology, and learning teams to build engaging, evidence-based learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organise and analyse data from learning programmes, chatbot interactions, digital products, and learner assessments.
• Develop dashboards to monitor learner engagement, programme performance and key learning indicators.
• Generate insights that improve curriculum, facilitator capacity, and digital learning products.
• Partner with Learning Experience Design teams to strengthen learner outcomes.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies to measure programme effectiveness.
• Facilitate reflection sessions using learner insights, case studies and data storytelling.
• Design and improve learning measurement tools, feedback surveys, and assessment frameworks.
• Collaborate with technology and product teams to improve data systems and visualisations.
• Coordinate backend support for Quest's WhatsApp chatbot and digital learning platforms.
• Support product operations, content uploads and QUESTApp updates.
• Conduct school visits to observe classroom implementation and learner engagement.
• Develop case studies, reflection reports and insight briefs to strengthen organisational learning.
• Collaborate with Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) teams to improve evidence-based programme design.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Understanding of learning sciences, curriculum development, instructional design, or human-centred design.
• Strong communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across programme, product and technology teams.
• Experience in education, EdTech, programme design, learning experience design, or related sectors is preferred.
