Synergie

Synergie works on community focused programmes, including the Dhan Samvaad project, which helps people build financial and digital literacy. Through this project, Synergie works closely with communities across Mumbai and its suburbs to improve access to financial knowledge and digital skills.

Role

The Mobilizer cum Trainer will support the Dhan Samvaad project by mobilizing community members, running awareness sessions on financial and digital literacy, and building relationships with local stakeholders. This is an energetic, field-based role suited to someone who enjoys working directly with communities and helping people learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize community members and beneficiaries for training sessions
• Conduct financial and digital literacy awareness sessions
• Coordinate with community leaders, NGOs, societies, and local stakeholders
• Meet daily training and beneficiary targets
• Maintain attendance records, beneficiary data, and daily activity reports
• Upload and update project data on the MIS platform
• Travel across Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, and Navi Mumbai for field activities

Requirements

• 12th pass, graduate degree preferred
• Freshers welcome to apply
• 0 to 2 years of experience in mobilization, training, sales, community development, CSR, or NGO projects is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications
• Willingness to work in the field and travel regularly
