Its initiatives include Apna Ghar, blood bank upliftment, patient assistance programmes and a range of community projects. Together these have reached more than 5.9 million lives across 31 states and union territories. This role sits within Intas Foundation's monitoring and evaluation function, which measures what the programmes achieve and reports it to the organisation and its partners.

Role
The Monitoring Coordinator makes sure every programme result is captured, measured and shared. The work runs from managing the MIS system and tracking compliance to coordinating impact assessments, so that decisions across the Foundation are based on clear and accurate data.
Responsibilities
- Put in place and review CSR monitoring and evaluation frameworks in line with CSR rules, the SDGs, OECD evaluation criteria, Social Return on Investment and impact assessment methods.
- Monitor project performance against agreed indicators and track programme outcomes.
- Conduct beneficiary verification and run feedback tracking systems, closing actions on time.
- Manage and maintain the digiMIS platform, project databases and SharePoint repositories.
- Check data accuracy and keep documentation to agreed standards.
- Coordinate monthly review meetings, town halls and annual reviews, including scheduling, documentation, action tracking and circulating minutes.
- Compile and submit quarterly CSR compliance reports and support audits.
- Make sure work follows the organisation's SOPs, guidelines and reporting protocols.
- Coordinate impact assessments and annual activity reporting.
- Support programme visibility work by bringing together data, evidence, success stories and impact narratives.
- Work closely with programme, IT, communications and leadership teams to give data-driven insights for decisions and programme improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in public health, social work, sociology, or another post-graduate qualification.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience on CSR projects.
- Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Working knowledge of CSR regulations, the SDGs and OECD evaluation criteria.
- Familiarity with Social Return on Investment and impact assessment methods.
- Skill in MIS management, data validation and database administration.
- Experience with SharePoint and digital reporting systems.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to analyse data, prepare dashboards and write clear reports.
- Strong documentation, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with many different stakeholders.
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to handle several deadlines at once.
- Ability to keep information confidential and to drive improvements in how work is done.
- Willingness to travel for about 40 percent of working time.
